Location:

Westchester, IL

• Coordinate sales orders and ensure timely processing from entry to delivery
• Communicate with customers to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory and meet customer needs
• Prepare and maintain reports to support sales and operational efficiency
• Assist in managing pricing, contracts, and documentation for accuracy

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This role operates in an office setting with regular interaction across sales, operations, and customer service teams. Occasional travel to local sites may be required.

• Competitive base salary 55,350. Annual
