Position PurposeTo excel in the tasks specific to this role, as well as participate and help develop our WCCU Cares culture. Provide outstanding five-star service to our members and to our internal staff (#TeamWCCU).
Job ResponsibilitiesPerform all duties of the teller line in addition to providing a full range of services to both members and prospective members in an efficient and professional manner. Identify member needs and suggest appropriate solutions, and assist members either identified by the Financial Services staff or recognized by their own member contact as needing additional help in achieving financial success.
