Position Summary

The Licensed Aesthetician will play a key role in delivering aesthetic treatments, skincare consultations, patient education, treatment planning, membership promotion, and ongoing patient relationship management.

The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, personable, sales‑minded, and committed to providing exceptional patient experiences while helping patients achieve their skincare and wellness goals.

Responsibilities Patient Consultations
  • Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations and assessments
  • Evaluate patient concerns, goals, and treatment suitability
  • Develop customized treatment plans and skincare regimens
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and maintenance recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Aesthetic Treatments
  • Perform professional aesthetic services in accordance with state regulations and clinic protocols
  • Deliver customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
  • Perform chemical peels, dermaplaning, and exfoliation treatments
  • Conduct Hydrafacial and other advanced facial treatments
  • Provide LED therapy and skin rejuvenation services
  • Assist with treatment preparation and post‑care instructions
  • Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments
Skincare & Product Sales
  • Recommend professional skincare products based on patient needs
  • Educate patients on treatment benefits and home‑care protocols
  • Promote patient compliance with recommended skincare regimens
  • Drive retail product sales through consultative recommendations
  • Assist patients with long‑term skincare planning
Membership & Treatment Plan Sales
  • Educate patients on Evara membership programs
  • Promote membership enrollment and retention
  • Present treatment packages and service plans
  • Conduct consultation follow‑up communications
  • Support clinic revenue and patient retention initiatives
Patient Experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
  • Build long‑term patient relationships and trust
  • Address patient questions and concerns professionally and compassionately
  • Maintain a welcoming, luxury‑level patient experience
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, technologies, and treatment protocols
  • Support clinic events, marketing initiatives, and community outreach efforts
Qualifications Required
  • Current Rhode Island Aesthetician License
  • Minimum 2 years of aesthetic experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Passion for patient care and aesthetic medicine
Preferred
  • Medical spa experience
  • Hydrafacial certification
  • Dermaplaning certification
  • Chemical peel experience
  • Experience with membership sales and consultation conversion
  • Retail sales experience
  • Experience working alongside physicians or advanced practice providers
