Responsible for menu collections, menu corrections, menu tallying, nutrition screening, running reports, answering phones, late tray setups. may be assigned any duty that is the responsibility of the food and nutrition department and patient care.

- Representative of the hospital
- professional relationship with the staff and patients
- Department goals and objectives
- attends all staff meetings
- Sanitation procedures
- proper food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- List core competency
- List duty/task determining competency
EDUCATION
high school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
minimum of two years of some formal training in food preparation, cooking, and safety and sanitation.
LICENSURE
food and safety certification preferred
