Per Diem Nutrition Coordinator

Overview

Responsible for menu collections, menu corrections, menu tallying, nutrition screening, running reports, answering phones, late tray setups, and may be assigned any duty that is the responsibility of the food and nutrition department and patient care.

• Education:
  
  high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  minimum of two years of formal training in food preparation, cooking, and safety and sanitation
• Licensure: food and safety certification preferred
