Overview

HR Generalist/Admin
- New England Region

HR Generalist/Admin - The HR Generalist / Administrator provides administrative and regional HR support across multiple Human Resources functions, with a strong boots‑on‑the‑ground presence in the New England region. This role works closely with HR subject matter experts, supports peak workloads and special projects, and assists with onboarding, training, orientations, tours, presentations, safety programs, employee relations, and employee events.

For compliance purposes for RI transparency, the expected salary range is $25.00 - $28.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative HR support across multiple Human Resources functions.
  • Serves as an on‑site HR presence in the New England region, supporting employees and leadership.
  • Assists with onboarding, training, safety initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinates HR programs, events, and time‑sensitive tasks while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
  • Prior HR experience required, with knowledge of onboarding, benefits, training, and safety processes.
  • Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion; strong communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel throughout the New England region, with occasional travel to Long Island.
