About This Role
As a Critical Care Medical ICU RN, you will provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care under the direction of the nurse manager, utilizing the nursing process and principles of primary nursing.

- Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously.
- Document assessment information appropriately.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Act as a clinical resource and role model for staff.
- Participate in training and educational activities for staff.
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, and professionalism towards all customers.
- Collaborate and cooperate with fellow employees.
- Report to work on time and follow hospital policies regarding attendance.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Experience: 1-3 years of critical care nursing required.
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current state registration.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
- CCRN preferred.
