About This Role
The RN - Geriatric Psych Inpatient role involves managing individualized, goal-directed nursing care for patients in a psychiatric setting. This position is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to providing compassionate care and supporting patient-centered practices.

What You’ll Do- Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously.
- Document assessment information appropriately.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Act as a clinical resource and role model for staff.
- Participate in training and educational activities for staff.
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, and professionalism towards all customers.
- Recognize and value contributions of fellow employees.
- Report to work on time and follow hospital policies regarding attendance.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience: Previous Geriatric Psych experience preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred.
- Licenses &
Certifications:
Current RI License. BLS required. CPI training within 1 year of employment.
