Compensation

Hourly Rate: $16 - $29 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums are paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front‑end checkout associates run registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
