As a cashier, you’ll be a key figure in the customer experience, often the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with. Your role is to greet, thank, and assist customers in a fast‑paced environment.

• Scan items, explain prices, bag items, and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Complete tasks efficiently, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Provide friendly assistance and answer customer questions.
• Assist store associates as needed.

• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
• Stand for long periods and check out customers quickly and accurately.
• Keep your area clean and presentable.
• Answer customer questions and help them with their needs.
• Be available to assist associates across the store as needed.

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and move them inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour and can apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
