Online Order Filling associates fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

You will shop for customers across all departments, select the right items, and fill their online orders. You will prepare and dispense orders to customers and engage in conversation throughout the dispensing process.

The pace can be intense, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, requiring the ability to juggle shopping for online customers while assisting in‑store customers.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
