Millwork Sales Responsibilities

• Work on the sales floor and in the field focusing on windows, doors, trim, architectural hardware and wood flooring.
• Assist customers in millwork sales in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Display or demonstrate products using samples or catalogs, emphasizing sellable features.
• Work with outside sales team, contractors, architects, and homeowners to provide expertise in all millwork items.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while working with contractors, architects, and homeowners.

• Well‑spoken with a professional appearance, familiar with high‑end sales.
• Field experience in millwork sales.
• Proficiency in Marvin and Andersen products, striving to become a product expert.
• Strong mathematical, language, and computer skills, including email; proficient with AS400 and CRM.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.

Salary range $75,000 with earnings potential up to $95,000, commensurate with experience.
