It's never too early to start preparing for the snow season! That's why we’re seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our snow operations team. In this role, you’ll operate loaders, skid steers, and other heavy machinery to keep roads, parking lots, and other key areas clear and safe during winter weather events.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate loaders, skid steers, and other equipment for snow removal
Clear snow and ice from commercial properties, ensuring safe access
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Collaborate with the operations team to manage resources effectively
Follow all safety protocols while working in challenging weather conditions
Respond quickly to snow events and shifting weather needs
What We’re Looking ForProven experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, backhoes, etc.)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work nights, weekends, and on‑call shifts during storms
Strong safety mindset and mechanical aptitude
Team player with clear communication skills
