Position Overview
Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer
Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer
* When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters
* Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
* Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners
* Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service

Required Skills
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Experience and proven measuring skills
* Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters
* Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments
* Leaves positive and lasting impressions
* Strong organizational skills
* Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website
* Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance
* Possess all applicable state and local licenses
