We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated Small Engine Mechanic & Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

This is a versatile, full‑time role for someone who enjoys a mix of mechanical work and occasional help with landscape maintenance. If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, fix things the right way, and work with a dependable crew, this is the role for you.

• Diagnose and repair small engines (mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)
• Perform basic maintenance on company trucks and trailers (oil changes, brakes, lights, tires, etc.)
• Keep equipment safe, reliable, and field‑ready
• Maintain service records and track repairs

• Operate lawn and landscape equipment for seasonal or daily support
• Assist with mowing, trimming, cleanups, and general groundskeeping
• Support team during busy seasons with property maintenance

• Proven experience with small engine repair
• Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and operations
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
• CDL or equipment operator experience is a plus

• $23–$30 per hour based on experience
• Weekly pay
