Assemble machinery and major subassemblies using blueprints, schematics, and specifications;
Install and connect mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems;
Power up equipment and verify proper operation of motors, drives, logic controls, and HMI;
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and performance issues during assembly and field service;
Train operators on safe setup, operation, and basic maintenance and document in service reports
