Pay: $32–$43/hr | Weekly Pay + Optional Benefits

Schedule:

Standard Business Hours Contract Duration: 30–60 Days Temporary Contract

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Compliance & Administration Specialist to provide temporary support to the Benefits Compliance & Administration team for approximately 30–60 days. This role will work closely with the Benefits Manager and is ideal for someone with experience in benefits administration or payroll who is highly proficient in Excel and driven by accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Pull and organize audit information, including timecards and payroll reports
  • Prepare and upload weekly files for HSA, FSA, TQB 401(k), Perk Spot, Reliance Port, and Convert
  • Conduct 401(k) loan delinquency outreach to help prevent loans from being deemed delinquent
  • Review, address, and save weekly 401(k) audit reports
  • Review pending HSA accounts and conduct appropriate follow-up
  • Assist with benefits billing, depending on business needs and available resources
  • Provide general administrative support to the Benefits Manager and Benefits Compliance & Administration team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure benefits-related information is handled with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in benefits administration, payroll, or a related HR function
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work with payroll, benefits, and audit-related information
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on necessary corrections
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet weekly deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting the Benefits Manager and broader team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and benefits information
