Automotive Parts Professional

Roush Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Parts Professional to support our multi-dealership parts operations in Central Ohio. In this role, you'll assist technicians and retail customers in identifying and sourcing the correct OEM and aftermarket parts, process orders and returns, and maintain accurate inventory. You'll use electronic catalog and DMS systems, coordinate with service and sales teams, and ensure timely delivery of parts.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and retail customers in identifying correct OEM and aftermarket parts
• Use electronic parts catalog and DMS systems to research and source parts
• Process parts orders, returns, special orders, and warranty claims
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, stocking, and bin organization
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to support repair orders and vehicle sales
• Provide timely, professional customer service at the parts counter and via phone
• Prepare parts quotes and invoices using POS systems
• Monitor incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
• Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures
• Support a clean, safe, and organized parts department environment
