Construction Laborer

Construction Laborers are responsible for general construction labor across multiple projects as scheduled.
Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of tasks at construction project sites, including those involving physical labor.
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and handling materials.
- Support and assist other craft workers as needed.
- Execute all responsibilities in accordance with Lehman Daman's safety program.
- Provide support to Superintendents across multiple projects, including purchasing and picking up materials as requested.
- Possess OSHA 10 or 30 certification or be willing to obtain certification through required training.
- Demonstrate basic proficiency with technology, including email, mobile devices, and digital photography.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and on-site customers.
- Possess a foundational understanding of general construction practices.
- Exhibit strong workmanship and dependability.
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to construction safety requirements.
- Pay is commensurate with experience.
