We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented P6 Scheduler to join our project management and estimating team. This full-time role is 100% in-office at our Westerville location. If you’re experienced in Primavera P6 and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, we would like to meet you.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and estimators to build logic‑driven, resource‑loaded schedules.
• Perform schedule updates, baseline comparisons, and critical path analyses.
• Identify project risks and potential delays—recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects moving.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, including look‑ahead schedules and resource forecasting.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices for scheduling.

• A degree in construction management or equivalent experience in electrical service and construction (required).
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience scheduling construction projects using Primavera P6.
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, particularly for electrical scopes of work.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Familiarity with earned value management, change management, and cost controls is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and on a team.
• Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach.
