We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented P6 Scheduler to join our project management and estimating team. This full-time role is 100% in-office at our Westerville location. If you’re experienced in Primavera P6 and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, we would like to meet you.
What You’ll Do:- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and estimators to build logic‑driven, resource‑loaded schedules.
- Perform schedule updates, baseline comparisons, and critical path analyses.
- Identify project risks and potential delays—recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects moving.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, including look‑ahead schedules and resource forecasting.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for scheduling.
- A degree in construction management or equivalent experience in electrical service and construction (required).
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience scheduling construction projects using Primavera P6.
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, particularly for electrical scopes of work.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Familiarity with earned value management, change management, and cost controls is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and on a team.
- Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Schedules are accurate, reflect real-world construction logic, and are updated regularly to match field conditions.
- Your work helps ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, enhancing client satisfaction and repeat business.
