Responsibilities include instructional design, development of digital learning (e.g., Articulate Rise), and facilitation of high-impact virtual and in-person instructor-led training, requiring expertise in modern adult learning and sales enablement practices.

The role partners with Technical Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enablement aligns to portfolio priorities, selling motions, and measurable business outcomes.

Partner with subject matter experts across Product, Offering, and Sales to ensure Vertiv solutions are positioned competitively and effectively against market alternatives.

Design and implement flexible, scalable training lab environments that support remote, hands-on learning and real-world solution application.

Standardize learning, coaching, and mentoring plans to support recruiting, onboarding, and time-to-productivity for new sales and technical associates.

Build strong cross-functional relationships with Offering and Marketing teams to incorporate early access to beta products, software, and new solution capabilities into enablement programs.

Define and apply target learner and seller personas to ensure instruction is relevant, practical, and aligned to role-based selling motions.

Continuously improve curriculum and delivery by incorporating learner feedback, stakeholder input, and performance data; maintain learning content governance and version control.

Measure and report program effectiveness against defined success metrics, including proficiency, adoption, and business impact.

5+ years of experience designing and delivering sales and/or technical training programs; experience in data center or critical infrastructure technologies is a strong plus.

Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, translating complex technical concepts into practical, sales-ready learning experiences.

Experience delivering engaging virtual, hybrid, and in-person instructor-led training for technical sales, solutions engineering, and/or partner audiences.

Proficiency with modern learning platforms and digital authoring tools (e.g., LMS/LXP and Articulate Rise) and comfort working with multimedia content.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority across Sales, Product/Offering, and Marketing.
