Job location:

Westerville, OH (Onsite) Duration: 12+ month contract with possibility for extension

Lead the collection, management, validation, and reporting of environmental and sustainability-related data, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water, waste, utility consumption, and other responsible business performance metrics. Coordinate with facility managers, operations teams, and global stakeholders to resolve data gaps and improve reporting quality. Maintain reporting-ready datasets and supporting documentation required for disclosures, audits, assurance activities, and management reporting. Lead management of facility environmental performance data to support operational performance monitoring, environmental objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as business owner and administrator for responsible business reporting and data management platforms, including Workiva ESG, utility management systems, reporting databases, and other sustainability data solutions. Lead system implementation, configuration, testing, governance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish system administration standards, user access controls, documentation, and support processes. Partner with IT, software providers, and business stakeholders to implement integrations, optimize workflows, and improve user adoption.

Evaluate emerging technologies and reporting solutions that improve efficiency, reporting quality, scalability, and user experience.

Advanced Power BI dashboard development, analytics, and data visualization. Advanced Excel, reporting, and data management capabilities. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, controls, validation, and reporting processes. Experience managing large, complex datasets across multiple business functions and geographic regions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into practical data management and reporting solutions.

Experience with enterprise reporting systems and business intelligence platforms. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging data and technology to drive business and sustainability outcomes.
