Project Scheduler, Infrastructure Solutions

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Scheduler specializing in Infrastructure Solutions to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, monitoring, and optimizing project schedules to ensure successful execution and delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to managing risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining schedule integrity.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that align with established standards and best practices.

- Track project progress, analyze data, and generate reports to support informed decision-making for project teams.

- Identify potential schedule delays, implement version control, and facilitate timely interventions to keep projects on track.

- Create and oversee scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure project control and integrity.

- Monitor critical project activities, review forecasts, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgetary goals.

- Manage the project risk register to proactively address risks and minimize their impact on scope, schedule, and budget.

- Conduct baseline tracking, perform scenario analyses, and develop contingency strategies to address unforeseen challenges.

- Coordinate efforts across various departments, resolve project issues, and ensure effective collaboration with project managers.

- Utilize tools such as Primavera, Procore, and ERP solutions to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.

- Support ad hoc financial tasks and reporting to ensure alignment with project goals. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management.

- Strong expertise in planning processes, scheduling, and budget management.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, Procore, and Power BI.

- Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for project scope development.

- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project risks.

- Knowledge of infrastructure solutions in construction or manufacturing environments.

- Ability to perform data analysis and reporting with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights.

- Solid understanding of ERP systems and their application in project scheduling. Talent Match®
