Experienced Automotive Business Development Center Associate

In this role, you will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and online inquiries to schedule sales and service appointments. You'll use CRM tools to track follow-up, nurture prospects, and support multiple locations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, professional, and goal-driven, with prior dealership or BDC experience and strong communication skills.
