Experienced Automotive Business Development Center Associate

Roush Auto Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Business Development Center Associate to drive qualified traffic to our Central Ohio dealerships. In this role, you will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and online inquiries to schedule sales and service appointments. You'll use CRM tools to track follow-up, nurture prospects, and support multiple locations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, professional, and goal-driven, with prior dealership or BDC experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for sales and service
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for multiple dealership locations
• Accurately log and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Maintain consistent, professional follow-up to nurture prospects
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize show rates and conversions
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
