Security Officer Visitor Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Monitor front desk access activity, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site protocols.;
Receive and direct guests, manage visitor sign-in processes, answer routine questions, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding access requests and/or concerns.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations through required reports and/or logs.;
Support lobby and reception area operations by maintaining awareness of front desk activity, reporting maintenance or access issues, and following post orders and allied universal standards.
