* SUMMARY:

** Build, install, brace and remove concrete forms constructed of wood or steel to form components of concrete structures. Construct concrete forms including foundations, shoring and decking operations, walls and columns, and other structural elements.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Perform vertical installations and removal, framing and decking operations, pouring of concrete, distinguishing between different types of material and equipment.
* Operate hand tools and motorized equipment including concrete saws, grinders and drills.
* Place and fasten concrete reinforcing by use of rebar.
* Perform other general construction duties as required.

* SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

*** Must be able to work rapidly and accurately
* Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding.
* Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at heights as required.
* Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
