Maintain and repair HVAC, lighting, plumbing and electrical systems in facilities.;
Document all work within DHL maintenance system and coordinate with 3rd party vendors for timely maintenance & repairs.;
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems; assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.;
Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.) and communicate effectively with stakeholders.;
Coordinate and explain tasks to colleagues, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards.
