Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) in Oregon to provide clinical supervision to Resident Talk Therapists in outpatient settings. This role requires live in OR, WA, , or UT and an active Oregon license, with a focus on supervising diverse caseloads and ensuring clinical standards.
The supervisor will conduct weekly group supervision, provide individual supervision for every 15 clinical hours, document sessions, and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director.
