Senior Accountant​/Accounting Manager

Westfield, IN | Onsite | $75,000 – $90,000 + Bonus

We’re representing a confidential client in the logistics/supply chain industry that is seeking an Accounting Manager/Controller to play a key role in building out their finance function for a newly established, fast-growing division. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant visibility, growth potential, and impact.

• Lead the creation and interpretation of P&Ls

• Establish and manage the chart of accounts

• Prepare weekly and monthly invoicing

• Track, analyze, and report financial data

• Serve as the liaison between corporate finance and the new business unit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Experience in logistics/supply chain or an entrepreneurial, small-business environment

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred:

• CPA designation

• Experience with multiple accounting systems or software integrations
