Location: Indianapolis, IN
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
This role supports key accounting and operational processes related to the Order-to-Cash cycle. The Senior Accountant will partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, support cash flow initiatives, analyze account activity, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support accounts receivable, collections, billing, cash application, and account reconciliation activities.
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist with month-end close, reporting, and account analysis.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve customer account and payment-related issues.
- Support system, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of accounting, finance, or related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
