The Legal Billing/Collections Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of the firm. This position is responsible for the full end‑to‑end legal billing cycle
, including timekeeping oversight, pre‑bill review, invoice generation, e‑billing, payment processing, retainer and trust account management, and accounts receivable collections. You will ensure all time entries are accurate, billing is timely and compliant, and client accounts remain in good standing.
Success in this role requires precision, confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote, fast‑paced environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of legal billing experience
