Superintendent - General Contractor

Commercial Superintendent | Ground-Up Projects | Strong Pipeline

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

• 5+ years construction project management experience from pre‑construction to closeout
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to build and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience with project documentation tracking and quality control
• Comfortable negotiating contracts and working closely with clients, design teams, and field staff
• Market knowledge in healthcare, higher education, K‑12, industrial, or similar markets is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed

• Lead project planning, estimating, and scheduling
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams
• Drive cost control and forecasting
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Manage project documentation through closeout
