Construction Project Manager / Estimator
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. This role combines estimating responsibilities with project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Construction / EstimatingPrepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals

Perform quantity take-offs and scope analysis from plans and specifications

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Develop value engineering options to optimize cost and efficiency

Assist in contract negotiations and project buyoutProject ManagementManage all phases of construction projects from kickoff to closeout

Develop and maintain project schedules

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractsClient & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates

Resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentumField & Quality OversightConduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies

Manage punch lists and project closeout documentation

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in commercial construction

Strong estimating and cost control experience

Proficiency in estimating and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

High attention to detail and organization

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
