Carrington Mortgage Services in Westfield, IN, is hiring a Customer Service Specialist I for a hybrid schedule.
You will answer calls from borrowers and third parties about existing loans, provide accurate information, aim for first-call resolution, and log details in the servicing system. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, plus monthly incentives;
Spanish bilingual add-on $1.50 per hour. Experience in banking or mortgage servicing is preferred, hours Monday-Friday.
