Experience: Senior Level Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced NPD (New Product Development) Financial Analyst to join our innovative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about driving financial performance through detailed analysis and strategic insights. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial planning and analysis of our new product development initiatives, ensuring their financial viability and profitability.

• 1. Conducting financial analysis and modeling for new product development projects, including cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis, payback analysis, and profit and loss (P&L) forecasting.
• 2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• 3. Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes in the NPD pipeline.
• 4. Tracking and analyzing product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to determine product profitability.
• 5. Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial indicators, trends, and performance metrics.
• 6. Participating in the budgeting and forecasting processes, incorporating NPD financial projections.
• 7. Identifying financial risks and opportunities related to new product developments, proposing mitigation strategies when necessary.
• 8. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards in all NPD financial operations.

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or an MBA would be a plus.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• 3. Proven experience in CVP analysis, payback analysis, and P&L forecasting.
• 4. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• 5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• 6. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• 8. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• 9. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
