The Person al Banker 2 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Westfield, IN. In this role, the Personal Banker 2 serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on banking products, services, and solutions that support their financial goals. Daily responsibilities include assisting with deposits and withdrawals, opening new accounts, processing transactions, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner.

The Person al Banker 2 also identifies opportunities to recommend appropriate financial products, educates customers on digital banking tools, and supports sales and service initiatives within the branch. This role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences and adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated skills in personal banking and handling deposits, with experience supporting customers in day-to-day financial transactions.
• Ability to open new accounts, including checking, savings, and other consumer banking products, while explaining features and benefits clearly.
• Foundational knowledge of finance principles and retail banking products to help customers make informed financial decisions.
• Strong customer service capabilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in transaction processing, and adherence to compliance and security standards.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn bank systems and digital banking platforms.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a high-volume customer-facing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site during branch operating hours and contribute to a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment
