Pay:

• $16-$20 per hour

We're seeking someone who brings:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Personal vehicle with reliable transportation and active insurance
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Must have the ability to perform regular adult brief/diaper changes as part of personal care responsibilities
• Must live within 30–45 minutes of Westfield, IN, or be willing to relocate for work
• Must be fluent in English (written, verbal, and comprehension)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team of medical professionals to coordinate care
• Ability to read food labels, recipes, and grocery shop
• Ability to prepare/cook a highly specialized diet, according to the individual's food allergies and safe textures for client's needs
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including walking at a quick pace, bending easily, assisting the client in and out of the bathtub, navigating stairs, and more
• Ability to provide 3 professional references
• Experience providing direct care for adults with complex medical and behavioral needs is preferred

If you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or a Home Health Aide, we strongly encourage you to apply!

Here's what you'll be doing on a typical day:

• Assist the individual with all activities of daily living, including bathing, showering, and dressing
• Administer medications and provide companionship
• Facilitate community activities and encourage engagement

You'll work directly with a registered nurse who will provide all the necessary medical training. You'll learn how to read physicians' orders, prepare and administer medications, and develop skills that will set you apart in your healthcare career.
