Job Summary:Responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role partners with hiring managers, Human Resources, and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure efficient, high-quality hiring processes. This position also supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of early-career talent programs, including internship and trainee initiatives, helping build sustainable talent pipelines for future organizational needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events and career fairs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Develop, administer, and continuously improve internship and trainee programs.
- Coordinate program timelines, recruitment activities, onboarding, rotations, evaluations, and completion activities.
- Partner with business leaders to identify meaningful assignments and development opportunities for participants.
- Monitor participant progress and provide guidance to managers and program participants.
- Identify opportunities to convert high-performing interns and trainees into full-time employees.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on feedback and business needs.
