Probate Paralegal

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced probate paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to manage probate cases from start to finish. • Liaise directly with clients to obtain information necessary to prepare probate petitions.
• Prepare petitions, notices, publication and all documents and forms necessary to complete the probate case.
• Keep track of hearing dates and ensure attorneys are briefed prior to hearings.
• Keep clients informed about the status of their case.

• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference
