POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER
SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $85,000 Based on experience, plus profit sharing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility.

Recruit, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement.

Deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members.

Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash, including sales, labor, and detailing.

Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.

Operate a complex POS system and other wash computer programs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS QUALIFICATIONS:

Salary range: $70,000-$85,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, plus profit sharing.

3-5 years of proven success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manager position.

Knowledge of car wash and detailing skills are advantageous but not required.
