Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive occupational health services for our site. In this role, you will promote employee health and safety through injury treatment, case management, medical surveillance, regulatory compliance, and wellness initiatives. You will partner closely with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Human Resources, managers, and employees to support a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Provide occupational health services to employees, including first aid, injury assessment, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Manage all work-related injuries and illnesses, including workers' compensation cases, case management, return-to-work programs, and documentation.
  • Administer and maintain medical surveillance programs, health screenings, immunization protocols, and required medical records.
  • Maintain occupational health logs and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and support corporate occupational health and safety initiatives at the site level.
  • Deliver employee health and safety training and participate in emergency response activities and site safety teams.
  • Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Human Resources, supervisors, and site leadership to promote workplace safety and employee well‑being.
  • Develop and support injury prevention initiatives designed to reduce workplace incidents and workers' compensation costs through proactive case management and effective return-to-work strategies.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 2–4 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, employee health, emergency care, or a related clinical setting
Preferred
  • Experience managing workers' compensation cases and return-to-work programs
  • Knowledge of occupational health regulations, medical surveillance programs, and OSHA requirements
  • Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and employees at all levels
