PositionThis is a part‑time position with considerable opportunities for advancement in this store and throughout Central Indiana. This is currently the third store, with plans for more.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful associates to welcome and assist customers. Learn important life skills such as product knowledge in hardware, paint, plumbing, and electrical all while helping others. Make an impact in the community by helping neighbors with their projects in a fast‑paced, fun environment.
Qualifications- Previous hardware experience and cashiering experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently and stand/walk for up to eight hours in a shift.
- Pay rates are $12.00 to $13.00, depending on experience level.
