Team Member, Retail

Market District is seeking a Westfield Market District Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service in a premium supermarket environment. In this role, you'll assist guests with product selection, operate POS systems, handle transactions, and maintain clean, well-stocked departments. You may support specialty areas such as prepared foods, bakery, produce, or grocery. You'll follow food safety and sanitation standards, support merchandising displays, and collaborate with team members to create an engaging, chef-inspired shopping experience that reflects our commitment to quality, hospitality, and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to all guests
• Assist customers with locating items and making product selections
• Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash, card, and digital payments
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain proper signage and merchandising
• Support specialty departments such as prepared foods, bakery, produce, or grocery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and sales floor
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and service standards
• Assist with setting up displays and in-store promotions
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate as needed
