Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for landscaping? BAM Outdoor Inc. is looking for an Account Manager to drive sales, foster client relationships, and lead successful landscape maintenance projects. You'll work closely with clients, offering tailored solutions and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction—while supporting our team in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces. This role also includes winter responsibilities with our snow operations team.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Grow and Retain Clients: Build relationships with new and existing clients to sell landscape maintenance, enhancements, and snow removal contracts.
- Prepare and Present Proposals: Accurately estimate and present solutions that align with client needs.
- Oversee Service Quality: Conduct site visits and maintain communication to ensure top-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Lead Teams: Direct landscape crews and ensure efficient, detailed maintenance operations.
- Proactively Suggest Services: Educate clients on ways to enhance and protect their landscape investment.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Branch Manager and Operations team to meet sales goals and review performance.
- Expertise in Landscaping: Knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, plant material, and installation.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Degree in landscape management, horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance
- Certification as a Landscape Professional or Technician (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
