Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, directions, and general inquiries while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.;
Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel, following post instructions, and completing assigned reports related to security-related activities.
