Prepare commercial and retail facility flooring for concrete resurfacing and polishing according to project specifications;
Operate hand tools and power tools to grind and smooth concrete surfaces in preparation for coatings or polishing;
Use diamatic grinders, polishing machines, and caulking tools to repair and restore cracks and imperfections in concrete surfaces before final preparation;
Perform detailed hand work while frequently working on bent knees to ensure thorough surface preparation and finishing;
Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
