As a Service Crew Member, you’ll handle multiple service calls each day, ensuring top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Your work will include concrete construction repairs, finishing tasks, and occasional collaboration with other trades.

• Perform a variety of concrete repairs and finishing work for warranty service calls.
• Read and interpret blueprints to correct production errors.
• Occasionally assist with billable jobs involving other trades.
• Operate smartphones and tablets for scheduling and reporting.
• Manage tools and materials from a service truck to complete jobs efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Adapt to changing project needs and weather conditions.

• Experience in concrete construction or related fields (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• A valid Driver’s License with a good driving record is a must, as you will be operating a company vehicle.
