Prepare commercial and retail facility flooring for concrete resurfacing according to project specifications;
Operate hand tools and power tools to grind and smooth concrete surfaces;
Use diamatic grinders, polisher machines, and caulking tools to repair and restore cracks and imperfections in concrete before final preparation;
Perform detailed hand work on bent knees for extended periods to ensure precise surface finishing;
Handle and move materials, equipment, and tools safely, including lifting up to 50 pounds
