Mr. Handyman is expanding its team of skilled handymen to serve customers across the region. We look for craftsmen who can manage diverse home repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

$52,000 to $75,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities.

• Complete small to medium maintenance and repair jobs for residential and commercial properties, typically 2 hours to 2 days in length.
• Communicate with customers to explain scope of work, estimate costs, and manage expectations.
• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering consistent, high‑quality service.

• Customer Satisfaction (NPS) – achieve high response and satisfaction rates.
• Revenue Target – identify additional service opportunities to increase revenue.
• Effective Billing Rate – invoice accurately, source materials, and collect payment.
• Recall Percentage – ensure work meets the one‑year guarantee by completing it correctly the first time.

• Live within the Westfield, Indiana area.
• Minimum 8+ years of paid handyman experience.
• Own all required tools and be insurable for company vehicle use.
• Pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
• Lift 50 pounds independently and work safely at heights or overheads for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and care for the company vehicle.
• Proficiency in at least three of the following:
  Carpentry, Bathroom improvements, Kitchen improvements, Painting (inside and out), Drywall (minor and major repairs), General plumbing & electrical (where allowed by law), Floor installation and refurbishing.
• Self‑manage appointments, maintain accurate documentation, use technology effectively, and wear required PPE.
